Our Roadmap
to Sustainability

At INSULA, sustainability is more than just a buzzword; it is an intrinsic value in every decision we make. We are committed to integrating sustainability into our corporate culture, our assets and our operations.

This Sustainability Strategy is not a mere document, but a roadmap that guides us towards tangible and measurable progress.

Vision for Sustainability 2030

In 2030, Insula will be an agent of change that promotes investment with awareness, responsibility and proximity, creating prosperous and sustainable relationships.

Mission for Sustainability 2030

Guided by a dedicated team that promotes and develops sustainable investment, adopting responsible practices
and aiming to have a positive impact on society.

Our Sustainability Framework

At INSULA we believe that ESG criteria structured on a well-defined and executed strategy generate value in different ways. These will be of crucial importance in the sustainable development of Collective Investment Vehicles (CIVs) managed by Insula, whether in attracting capital from investors focused on these concerns, in positive engagement with customers and suppliers and even in hiring and retaining talents who value being part of teams where there is greater ESG awareness.

Our Ethics Compass

INSULA developed this Code of Ethics and Conduct, as a compass in the development of its activity, outlining the relationship with employees, service providers and with society in general, seeking to benefit from a strategy and development based on ethics , enabling several benefits, including employee
trust and loyalty, talent retention or external recognition from investors/clients
and other stakeholders.

Our Transparency

In addition to promoting transparency, the remuneration policy is an instrument for guiding conduct, designed to mitigate and neutralize risks arising from unsuitable incentives that are inappropriate to the reality of the Society, establishing the forms of remuneration and benefits for employees.

To this end, the policy is compatible with the business objectives and strategy, values and interests of INSULA and the CIVs it manages and their respective investors, as well as promoting neutrality from a gender point of view, based on equal remuneration between male and female managers and employees for equal work.

The General principles of our Remuneration Policy are the fundamentals for this transparency and guiding conduct.

Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were created in 2015 by the United Nations (UN) and make up the 2030 Agenda. These 17 objectives comprise the main areas of sustainability that must be reinforced by all economic agents.

Through the involvement of internal stakeholders, the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were identified as Insula’s priorities and where we have a high potential to create a positive impact:
