LOCATION

This building complex, in a prime location in the trendy and lively Alcântara neighbourhood, is made up of several housing buildings with the main building being  built at the beginning of the 18th century, with additions in the subsequent centuries. The main building is undergoing extensive refurbishment to create 13 trendy and functional apartments (T1, T2, T3 and T4) and three lofts. The outbuildings will house nine more apartments and townhouses with terraces and private gardens. All apartments have parking in the underground garage. There will also be two shops on the ground floor of the main building.
